The suspects in the kidnapping of Missouri 5-year old Devon Denham have been arrested.
Elizabeth Denman, believed to be Devon’s non custodial parent, and Mark A. Cochran, a registered sex offender, were apprehended in Indian Bend Wash Park in the Phoenix area and arrested without incident. The two are primary suspects in Devon’s kidnapping at gunpoint from his home in Lake Ozark, Missouri on Sunday night.
A handgun was also recovered at the scene of the arrest.
The suspects are being held at the Maricopa County jail awaiting arraignment.
