Citing statistics from the Department of Justice, Matt noted that there is a one in forty-two chance that a child will go missing before the age of thirteen, and over one million children go missing each year. He also noted that the first twenty minutes after a child has gone are the most crucial, and finding your child within three hours could mean the difference between life and death. After sharing these frightening statistics, Matt recounted his own missing child experience.
